How do I cancel my membership?

If you have signed up to a membership, follow the instructions to cancel your contract.

  • Scroll to the Autopays section and click on Terminate next to the contract you wish to cancel.

  • You will receive the following message to verify your contract cancellation:

  • Once confirmed, the cancellation will process immediately.

Please keep in mind that you are cancelling future charges to your account. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion.

We will honour up to the end of your paid billing cycle, even though the system will cancel whatever is left of the current billing cycle's credit (if any).

If you are cancelling midway through your fortnightly billing cycle and would like assistance, or if you run into account issues, please contact us.

What are your prices?

It's $30 per two hour class (casual/walk in), with cheaper options available. We are now offering weekly memberships (starting from $22/week, billed fortnightly), as well as 10 class passes (working out to $25 per class), alongside the single casual/walk in sessions.

If you want to do all the classes, our unlimited membership does that. Apparatus, stretching, tumbling, strength: you can do it all with the $50/week membership (billed fortnightly)! No lock in contracts, cancellation fees, or joining fees.

My fortnightly payment was declined, what do I do?

No worries. The payment will automatically retry between 24-48 hours. Make sure your card details are up to date, and there is enough money on the account for the transaction.

If you update your billing information, the payment will automatically retry.

Once the payment has been processed successfully, the credit will "backdate" and activate for the scheduled date.

Is there a registration fee, joining fee, cancellation fee, or any hidden fees?

There are no registration, joining, or cancellation fees, and users can cancel any time.

If we need to process a refund, there may be an account keeping fee under certain circumstances (e.g. in the previous financial year).

Will I get locked into a contract?

No. Contracts are run fortnightly, coming out on the day of sale each week. If you decide to cancel at a later date, you will cancel any future charges associated with your account.
